1. General Terms & Acceptance

Welcome to jayawin. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jayawin ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the jayawin website, mobile interface, or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of jayawin, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform, and any person who interacts with any content, game, or service made available through the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jayawin and close any open account.

jayawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

jayawin operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform. We do not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of jayawin complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their place of residence. Players in Bangladesh are responsible for their own compliance with local laws.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money games, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals on jayawin, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the criteria set out in this section.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. jayawin strictly prohibits access to minors. See Section 7 for full age verification requirements.
• Residency: jayawin primarily serves players residing in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual players.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship or those legally restricted from entering contracts are not eligible.
• Single Account: Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have previously self-excluded from jayawin or any other gaming platform are not eligible to register a new account during their active exclusion period.

2.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, voiding of winnings, and recovery of any deposited funds where permitted by law.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account details with any third party. jayawin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately at support@jayawin.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jayawin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). jayawin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, though jayawin reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within 60 seconds. Card-based deposits may take up to 10 minutes depending on your issuing bank.
• Funds deposited to your jayawin account may only be used for placing bets on games and sports events available on the platform. Deposited funds may not be transferred to other users.
• jayawin reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears to be linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC verification will have their withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. jayawin may request additional verification documents before releasing funds to a new payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours after approval. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 3 business days.
• jayawin reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to any withdrawal request, particularly those involving large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

jayawin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out below in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by jayawin are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available only to registered players who have fully verified their account unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one (1) claim per player, per household, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Players who have self-excluded, are under account restriction, or have a negative bonus abuse history are not eligible for promotional offers.
• jayawin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the individual bonus terms expressly permit it.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

jayawin employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements ("arbitrage"), using VPNs or proxy services to bypass eligibility restrictions, and coordinating bonus claims with other players. Any player found to have abused bonuses will have their account suspended, bonus balances voided, and potentially be required to return any withdrawals made as a result of bonus abuse.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jayawin, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a manner that is fair, honest, and respectful of other users and the platform. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players and visitors.

5.1 You Agree To:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration and KYC verification.
• Use your account exclusively for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming.
• Immediately notify jayawin of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
• Comply with all deposit limits, wagering restrictions, and responsible gaming tools applicable to your account.
• Accept the outcomes of all games and sporting events as final, subject only to jayawin's official dispute resolution procedures.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jayawin and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Technical Exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to gain an advantage over other players or the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using jayawin to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity. All suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider for funds that have been legitimately used on the platform. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and recovery proceedings.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain access to another player's account, the platform's backend systems, or any restricted area of the site.
• VPN / Proxy Use: Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location, circumvent geographic restrictions, or access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

jayawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, inactivity, or at the express request of the player themselves.

6.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your jayawin account at any time by contacting the support team at support@jayawin. Upon receiving a closure request, jayawin will process the request within 2 business days. Any remaining verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC and security checks, provided the balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000.

6.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

Where jayawin suspends an account due to suspected Terms violation or fraud investigation, the account and all associated funds will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any frozen funds released. If a breach is confirmed, jayawin reserves the right to void winnings, forfeit bonus balances, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of the breach.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jayawin will notify the registered email address 30 days before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200, which will be deducted from any remaining account balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed. Dormant accounts with a zero balance will be closed without fee.

7. Age Restriction & Verification

jayawin operates strictly as an adults-only platform. Access to all real-money games, sports betting, and financial transactions is limited exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent uses of the platform.

7.1 Age Verification Process

Upon registration, all players must confirm that they are 18 years of age or older by checking the relevant declaration. This confirmation is a binding statement. jayawin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (photo page)
• Birth certificate in combination with a secondary photo ID

Age verification documents must be submitted before any withdrawal is approved. Players who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age will have their accounts suspended and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

7.2 Underage Access Reporting

If you become aware that a minor is using a jayawin account, please report this immediately to support@jayawin. jayawin encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jayawin, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use jayawin, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8.1 Platform Availability

jayawin does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, civil unrest, acts of government, and telecommunications failures. jayawin will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

8.2 Game Outcomes and Technical Errors

All game outcomes on jayawin are determined by certified random number generators provided by our game studio partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects a game round or bet, jayawin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error will not be honoured.

8.3 Third-Party Payment Services

jayawin is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures on the part of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. If a deposit or withdrawal is delayed due to a payment provider issue, please contact the respective provider directly in addition to notifying jayawin support.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of jayawin shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy that cannot be resolved amicably through jayawin's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with jayawin in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceedings. All formal communications regarding disputes must be submitted in English to support@jayawin.
